Long-time readers will have noticed that I don't eat all that much meat. I find 1 chicken thigh per meal to be totally sufficient and try not to consume more than that. Of course, I do splurge and do enjoy an occasional steak. However, after viewing 5 or 6 videos on slaughterhouse conditions, I've vowed to limit my consumption of cow, pig or chicken to 6 oz. per day. Slaughterhouse conditions are simply unacceptable.
I encourage all of you to do your own research and come up with your own plans of action.

6 oz per day? Does that amount rollover? Can I abstain for a week and then eat a 30 oz steak on friday?
