I've just been eating nothing but corn tortillas and beans for the past few days. Seriously.
Gonna make soup this weekend. Three of 'em. Maybe more if time allows. I will probably make:
Celery Root Soup
Chinese Hot and Sour
Moroccan Lentil Soup
The lineup might change a bit. I'm trying to figure out garnishes for the celery root soup. Definitely bacon or some sort of pork sausage and maybe I'll fold in some blanched/glazed celery root? Maybe some white beans? I dunno. I'm not a chef.
